Goodie Mob – Is That U God?
Happy Friday everyone! Start your day with the latest Goodie Mob single, Is That U God? The song is beautiful. If you had any doubts, the message of the Mob is still there in 2012. Cee-lo leads the way once again on the hook as the Goodie assemble to put together another quality track. And yes... Cee-lo "speaks" more but no sign of his signature rapid-fire bars yet. We'll have to wait longer for that.
I can only imagine the pressure of coming back to the masses in 2012, when everything they do will more than likely be compared to Soul Food and Still Standing. It's not the '90s anymore. The music industry and the world has changed so much then. You don't want to disappoint your longtime fans, but don't want to come off as dated, either. I'm sure that's a hard balance to pull off.
Just like any other fan, I'm waiting to hear Cee-lo rhyme as well but Fight to Win was the perfect single to be reintroduced into the world. They performed on The Voice. The single is the official song of the NBA Playoffs. It was a smart move. And I'm sure this single will do well too.
I'm liking what I'm hearing thus far and I'm sure all this is just a warm-up for what's to come. Cee-lo made it clear on Twitter weeks ago that he's "still a dangerous emcee". And I look forward to hearing more from Khujo, Gipp, T-Mo as well. Listen and enjoy.
The song will be featured in the upcoming film, The Obama Effect coming out in July.

Th_ Basterds & The 5ive – Transformers [video]
Transformers is the first single off The 5IVE & Th_ BASTERDS's upcoming Monsterpiece Theater project. I remember when Hannibal, one of the producers, came through and let us listen to the project back when they first finished it and he promised me if I thought the project was wack, he would give me $50 right there on the spot! As much as I wanted to make a quick $50, I already knew from his past projects, it wouldn't be anything less than dope. So I went out to the car with him to take a listen and Transformers was the first track on the album. When the violins kicked in and Optimus Prime started speaking, I knew this track was about to be something serious. The beat dropped hard and heavy, with Jawz of Life coming in with bars. Right then, I was sold. Between the two groups, there's a lot of talent to balance out, and they did it without overdoing it. The production is top notch throughout. And you have Fort Knox himself on the album doing what he does best... keeping the energy HEAVY! The album tentatively will be out mid-April. I can't wait for you all to hear the rest of the project. Watch and enjoy.

Time-lapse footage of the Earth as seen from the ISS
Many wonders are visible when flying over the Earth at night. A compilation of such visual spectacles was captured recently from the International Space Station (ISS) and set to rousing music. Passing below are white clouds, orange city lights, lightning flashes in thunderstorms, and dark blue seas. On the horizon is the golden haze of Earth's thin atmosphere, frequently decorated by dancing auroras as the video progresses. The green parts of auroras typically remain below the space station, but the station flies right through the red and purple auroral peaks. Solar panels of the ISS are seen around the frame edges. The ominous wave of approaching brightness at the end of each sequence is just the dawn of the sunlit half of Earth, a dawn that occurs every 90 minutes.

What's really going to get you thinking is the part where you realize where your money is really going. Taxes are a voluntary compliance. So now that you know, will you continue to volunteer???? Watch the documentary and plan your future accordingly. IF YOU FILL OUT A W8-BEN FORM AND A SS-4 FORM FROM THE IRS, you will not need to pay taxes anymore.
